I copied files from CD and connected plotter to my notebook with win8 but nothing happened. Hello! I bought rs720c in sign-in-russia.Do you have the suitable driver that i can download and use? my machine cutting plotter brand is ROHS JK721.
where can I get a copy of the driver? Badly need it. But the driver for the plotter is not included and i guess was lost. Also installed the Winpc sign software but no setting botton to be found so I could set up the plotter. filte never shows up so their was no step by step to be followed.
I bought from you on ebay a redsail 1320c I run de usb driver and connected the plotter but the exe.
what am I doing wrong ? I also have the driver disk that came with it but that won't install with no exe file
